An asbestos register is essentially a document that contains details of asbestos materials that have been identified within a building or portfolio of buildings. Why form an asbestos register?

On the 13th of November 2006 the UK government introduced The Control Of Asbestos Regulations. These regulations effect all Dutyholders of non-domestic (business) premises.
